We are interviewing candidates for a one-to-two-year litigation fellowship position to work on a wide variety of cases, including those brought to enforce anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour and equal pay laws, and whistleblower protection and anti-retaliation laws.
Fellows can expect to work on cases of varied subject matter in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums. Fellows work closely with partners, but they are afforded responsibility for cases and may have the opportunity to appear in court and before arbitrators. The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 and is commensurate with experience. The firm offers a complete benefits package. At least one year of practice and/or clerkship experience is preferred.
