Zoё R. DeGeer has been tirelessly fighting for employee rights since 2014. Zoë assists workers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, medical leave, and breach of contract claims, and severance negotiations. She also advises employees regarding employment agreements. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Zoё worked for Outten & Golden LLP and Dickson Geesman LLP exclusively representing employees.
In law school, Zoё was heavily involved in the litigation department and mock trial program. Her mock trial team won the regional American Bar Association Labor and Employment Mock Trial Competition and placed in the national semi-finals. Zoë gained experience in the San Francisco District Attorney’s office as a Law Clerk for two years in the sexual assault, child assault, domestic violence, misdemeanor, and law and motion units. As a judicial extern, she also worked for the Honorable Cynthia Ming-mei Lee and the Appellate Department of the San Francisco Superior Court.
Zoё graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with honors and certifications in litigation and public interest law. She has been named a Northern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2020 to 2024.
