This webpage provides further information to class members who received notice of the settlement reached in the lawsuit titled, Norma Santizo and Mimi Lee, on behalf of themselves and on behalf of all persons similarly situated, Plaintiffs, v. Neal’s Coffee Shop, Inc., a California corporation, Sunil Prasad, an individual, and DOES 1 through 20, inclusive, Defendants, Case No. 24-CIV-03380, originally filed on June 3, 2024, in San Mateo County Superior Court. The class includes hourly, non-exempt workers employed by Neal’s Coffee Shop, Inc. and Sunil Prasad on or between June 3, 2020, and March 14, 2025.
