Erin Pulaski

Erin Pulaski is a partner at Rudy, Exelrod, Zieff & Lowe LLP and a leading advocate for employees and executives in high-stakes employment disputes. She represents clients in some of the most consequential moments of their professional lives—from senior executives navigating separation and compensation disputes to employees challenging discrimination, retaliation, harassment, unequal pay, and other unlawful workplace practices.

Erin’s practice encompasses complex individual and class action litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims, wrongful termination, equal pay, wage-and-hour violations, unpaid commissions and bonuses, breach of contract, and executive compensation. She represents clients in state and federal court, arbitration, appeals, mediations, and confidential pre-litigation negotiations. Her clients include executives, professionals, sales employees, and other employees in the technology, financial services, and other industries.

Erin brings substantial litigation experience to every matter, while recognizing that the best result for a client does not always require a trial. She develops litigation strategies with the particular circumstances and objectives of each client in mind, whether that means taking a case through discovery and trial, or achieving a favorable pre-litigation resolution.

Erin is recognized by leading legal publications and professional organizations for her work on behalf of employees. She was selected to Lawdragon’s 2026 list of the Top 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers and has been included on Lawdragon’s national plaintiff-employment lists for multiple years. She has also been recognized by Super Lawyers in Northern California, including nine consecutive selections as a Rising Star from 2015 through 2023, followed by selection as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2023. In 2021, the Daily Journal (a leading legal newspaper) named Erin among California’s Top 40 Under 40 attorneys.

Erin is a trusted scholar and practitioner in the field of California employment law. She is the co-editor of Practising Law Institute’s book California Employment Law, a comprehensive treatise covering California employment law. She also serves as a contributing editor of The Rutter Group’s California Practice Guide: Employment Litigation and has written and spoken on significant developments in California employment law. She has served as a speaker and faculty member for organizations including the Practising Law Institute and the California Lawyers Association.

Before joining Rudy, Exelrod, Zieff & Lowe, Erin practiced at an employment and civil rights firm in Los Angeles. She began her legal career as a law clerk to Chief Judge Sidney R. Thomas of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
